Tyrone Scenery Extras FIX

Copy the VBRG_FLAT.bgl into the FS2004 'Addon Scenery/scenery' folder.

This update for the tyrone_scenery_extras.zip flattens the area around the Victoria Bridge airfield, and gets rid of the meteor crater in the scenery.
